Numerics Unlimited, Inc. occupies two climate controlled facilities, each conveniently located near Interstates 70 or 75, Numerics South in New Carlisle and Numerics North in Sidney, Ohio.  Our South facility is just fifteen minutes away from Dayton International Airport.  Both facilities are home to a wide range of CNC machining and turning centers.  Numerics Unlimited supplies machine parts and precision machining services to many clients in a wide variety of fields, including the aerospace, HVAC and energy, and heavy equipment industries as well as OEMs.  No job is too large or small, and quality is our main objective.  We are proud to be ISO 9001:2000 certified.  We also offer light assembly and painting services at our North plant.

Manufacturing

We specialize in precision machining of large and hard to machine parts. 

• With part handling capabilities of up to 10,000 pounds and CNC turning capabilities of diameters up to 32" with 10' between centers, no part is too large.
• Whether 1 part to 10,000 parts, prototype to production, our machining centers can fit your needs.
• When precision is a must our gun drills can do the job even at depths of 48". 

Design and Build

• From AutoCAD to Unigraphics, dies to special machines, our team has the knowledge and experience to make it work.
• From the screen to the machine, our team can provide the complete solution.

NC Programming

• Numerics Unlimited has a team of experienced programmers using a wide variety of software to provide high quality NC programs.  We utilize software such as Unigraphics, Vericut, Cadkey, etc.  We dry run each program to guarantee the best quality and speed.

Digitizing and Reverse Engineering

• We can provide you with point data of the part in a list or in Iges format for easy input into most major CAD systems.

• We can create a CAD file of your part.  We will take the point data and create a surface model of the part.
